Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person.
• We require a credit card to hold your appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved services.
• No-shows will incur a fee of 50% of the reserved services.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and the cancellation fee will apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

Text Messaging

By providing your phone number to The Hair Standard, you agree to receive text messages for appointment reminders and feedback requests. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out.

Pricing & Payment

• Service prices are available on our website and in our salons. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, and the complexity of the service.
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
