Salon Policies
A few things to keep in mind so every visit goes smoothly.
Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of your appointment) may incur a fee of 50% of the reserved service. We understand things come up. This policy helps us respect your stylist's time and keep the schedule available for other clients.
No-Shows
Missed appointments without notice are subject to the same 50% fee. If you're running into a scheduling conflict, just let us know. We'd much rather reschedule than mark it as a no-show.
Late Arrivals
We have a 10-minute grace period. If you're running later than that, your stylist may not be able to see you that day. Call us if you know you're running behind and we'll do our best to work with you.
Card on File
When you book online, we ask for a card on file to hold your appointment. Your card will not be charged. We only keep it in case of a late cancellation or no-show. You pay at the salon after your visit at the front desk.
Payment
We accept cash, debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Zelle. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card transactions. To avoid the fee, pay with a debit card, cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
Pricing
Our stylists are independent professionals who set their own pricing above the salon's base rates. Starting prices on our website reflect the minimum a service can cost. Your stylist will confirm your exact price during the consultation before any work begins.
Consultations
Every new client starts with a consultation, no matter what service you're booking. Your stylist will talk through your goals, assess your hair, and make sure you're both on the same page before any work begins. Consultations are always free and always part of the appointment.
If You're Not Happy
We want you to love your hair. If something isn't right, contact us within 7 days and we'll get you back in with your stylist to make it right at no additional charge. The sooner you reach out, the easier it is to adjust.
Minors
Clients 16 and under must have a parent or guardian present during their appointment.
Tipping
Tipping is always appreciated but never required. Our stylists are independent professionals and tips go directly to them. If you'd like to tip, you can do so with cash or card at checkout. There's no expected amount. Whatever feels right to you.
Product Returns
Unopened products may be exchanged for a different product. We don't offer refunds on retail purchases.
Accessibility
We do our best to accommodate all clients. If you have specific accessibility needs, please call us before your appointment so we can make sure we're prepared for you.
Service Animals
Service animals with proper documentation are welcome at all locations.
