Evelynn’s journey into the beauty industry began early, sparked in 6th grade. With her grandmother being a hairstylist, Evelynn grew up in the salon chair, often serving as her grandma’s “practice head.” This early exposure cultivated a deep love for styling. Evelynn’s drive to become a hairstylist stems from a desire to empower women, helping them feel good about themselves and boosting their confidence through beautiful hair.
Evelynn honed her skills through Drybar training, gaining excellent blowout expertise. While working at the Ulta salon, she further expanded her knowledge through their education program, covering color, cuts, and extensions. Evelynn has also pursued several extension certification courses and styling classes, and she actively maintains subscriptions to online color education courses. For Evelynn, it’s a never-ending journey of learning, especially when it comes to mastering new color techniques.
The most important lesson Evelynn has learned throughout her education is the crucial role of client education. She believes in empowering clients with the knowledge to understand what’s achievable for their hair and how to properly care for it properly, ensuring lasting results and client satisfaction.
Evelynn loves creating dimensional, lived-in color. She’s drawn to the softness and natural beauty this technique provides, crafting looks that are effortlessly chic and grow out seamlessly. It’s about enhancing a client’s natural beauty with subtle yet impactful dimension.
For a playful and non-committal pop of color, Evelynn enjoys adding tinsel. She finds it incredibly fun and an easy way to introduce vibrant hues without the permanence of dye, allowing clients to experiment with their look in a lighthearted way.
Extensions are a true passion for Evelynn because of the incredible transformations they offer. She loves witnessing the immediate boost of confidence clients experience when they see the added length, volume, or fullness. It’s about making hair dreams a reality.

Beyond just creating a polished look, she finds immense satisfaction in giving clients a significant boost of confidence through a perfectly styled blowout. It’s amazing how a great hair day can truly brighten someone’s entire outlook.
When Evelynn isn’t in the salon transforming hair, she’s an avid enthusiast of traveling and being outdoors. She cherishes spending quality time with her two beloved dogs and her fiancée. In her quieter moments, Evelynn also enjoys the creative outlets of baking and various crafts.
