Brandon first knew he wanted to be a hairstylist when he was eight years old. At a young age, he joined the theater and needed to learn to do his hair and makeup. He remembers watching his mom doing perms in his living room and loving the smell. From then, he longed for big transformations and the opportunity to create.
Brandon went to beauty school in York, PA, at Empire Beauty. Brandon knew he was where he needed to be when he attended his first hair show. Shortly after he graduated, he studied for six years until he was published as recognized to become an educator for Joico. Since then, he has been honing his craft in all areas of hair.
For the last ten years, Bradon has had the opportunity of being an educator for Joico. He has done many things ranging from platform work, magazines, music videos, traveling the world to teach thousands of artists and leading the education department for the brand.
As a hairstylist, he has learned one precious lesson in all of his time. As a stylist, he can touch way more hearts than hair. He loves that he can meet many people and develop great friendships while being able to help them express who they are through their hair.
Brandon loves fixing hair, and he loves the transformation. It is rewarding for him to be able to create something beautiful that would otherwise not be.
Brandon loves intense power colors. Red is the color of confidence, and Brandon loves creating insanely dimensional tones that turn heads.
Brandon is addicted to powerful glam hair. Being able to give someone stunning new hair is always something he loves to do.
Color gives Brandon life. Whether it is red, teal, mermaid, silver, purple, or yellow, he is there for it. Vivid colors are a creative outlet for Brandon, and he masters every look.
Brandon is a self-proclaimed nerd. He loves Legos; he has a whole room dedicated to the Legos he creates. Brandon also loves drag queens, his dog, his cat, spending time with his boyfriend, and traveling.
