One of the essential lessons Alondra has learned is that it is okay to turn down services you are not comfortable doing. However, referring a client to a better-suited stylist could be the most effective and honest thing you can do in the hair community. Not only will you be helping your fellow hairstylist friends, but the client will have a better experience overall. While this is hard to learn, it has challenged Alondra to continue her education so that she never feels the need to turn down and refer a client.
